Window costs come from the Cost £ each column on the window schedule (Design tab). Enter your supplier figures below — when you have a supplier price list, it can be built in as an automatic matrix like the Ultraframe one.
Enter your cost on each line — profit is added automatically at the section rates (Groundworks 10% · HUP Build 40% · Windows & Doors 30% · Other Services 10% · Administration 0%). You can adjust a section's rate on its header row for a specific job. Labour lines are driven by crew days below (3-man crew @ £1,000/day). VAT and the survey fee are added in the summary.
Priced items from the Ultraroof and Livinroof workbooks — cornice, box gutters, posts, beams, valleys, roof vents and more. Each item carries its correct Ultraframe discount (roof vents use the Classic discount; the gallows bracket is non-discountable) plus the surcharge, and feeds the Ultraframe supply table on the Pricing tab.
Anything else on the job — enter your cost and the Extras section profit rate (set on the Pricing tab, default 10%) is applied automatically. These appear in the Extras section of the pricing sheet.
